Holiday Dreams Come True for 65 Children at The Family Life Center!

The WGIRLS Milwaukee partnered with The Family Life Center to host the 3rd Annual Hope for the Holidays event. The event, held at Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery, was a tremendous success and $8,000 was raised through fundraising efforts and the generosity of individual donors and sponsor businesses.

With the funds raised at Hope for the Holidays, the WGIRLS Milwaukee hosted a gift giving party for the children of The Family Life Center. Over 65 children and their families attended the party at The Family Life Center and the WGIRLS Milwaukee personally bought and wrapped each child's Christmas presents to fulfill all the their holiday needs and wishes. Attendees of the party enjoyed a pizza dinner, crafted ornaments, and decorated Christmas cookies. Santa was on site to deliver all the Christmas presents to each child.
