Asha For Education

Asha for Education is a secular organization dedicated to change in India by focusing on basic education in the belief that education is a critical requisite for socio-economic change. In January 2005, the WGIRLS NYC hosted a Bachelor and Bachelorette fundraising auction event to raise money for the victims of the 2005 Tsunami tragedy. Proceeds from that event were donated to Save the Children and ASHA.
